Please don't delete this Product, this is being used in the Shopping cart logic and the variants are hardcoded to workaround Shopify shipping and add Shipping price as a Product. 

Changing price in variant works fine but if you add new variant then make sure to add variant in the mapping in the shipping calculation thing in (const urgentDeliveryVariantId in wa-delivery-info.js) and (in assign urgent_variant_id in wa-delivery-info.liquid)
